Ruined my kids day cuz you dont listen I stated could I pay by card when booking only for you to send a driver who ended up taking me fir a trip round bradford t find a cash machine because you sent a driver who didn't take card missed my booking with kids had to rebook at a further cost of 19.80 I will not use you again you are pathetic
Booked taxi night before, as had meeting following day, needed to catch train, never turned up two calls unable to get through, twenty minutes later advised on way, missed train, late for meeting. Note don't try and support local taxis, go uber!
Taxi booked for hospital appointment, finally arrived 20 mins late after two phone calls to enquire where they were. Keeping elderly lady standing cold and stressed. Unreliable. Baildon taxis not the same since arrow take over.
Never turned up for my pre-booked journey. Nobody answering phone. Booking was timed with a train departure on a non_refundable £125 ticket. After using up all the contingency time I had added, I gave up and drove myself. Only by the grace of God was there a parking space at the station and I caught the train with seconds to spare. Let's hope the car is still there and it doesn't have a parking ticket when I return in a few days. App deleted and my business will be going elsewhere. Strongly suggest others do the same

Never arrive on time, even when you pre book they still run late so you end up missing trains.
Sid absolutely made my day, (number 333) best taxi driver I’ve ever had, really chatty and polite, good price, great driver, 5* all round
On a weekend away, needed a ride, looked around and these were close. App worked well, control good to speak to. Drivers prompt and courteous, good service and would not hesitate to use them again when in the area.
After long wait driver came in a combi (grey Toyota) car in a very rainy weather he refuse to take on board mother and 2 kids, without even stopping he said he have to order the mini van and just drive off. I would not recommend this taxis to anyone
