   Small minibus turned up on an appalling windy day just over a week ago .It parked a foot from the pavement in a puddle.my mother 96 could not get in as so high .I could not lift her up .I could not slide the heavy doors to close it the young taxi driver couldn't care less and wouldn't get out to close it..when we got to the destination I said I can't close the door and left it! result I've suffered a back injury which is excruciating all because of this lazy guy who can't help old people

   Mini bus turned up 10 mins late than planned for my family of 5 who needed to get to Manchester airport for our flight. Driver in question didn’t even acknowledge or try to help us just got in his car and drove off without saying a word other than another one is on its way but it’s going to be more than 30 mins to wait. Service cancelled. We got a Uber which was cheaper and a hell of a lot more friendly!!!

   Excellent organisation and politeness from start to finish Car 28 driven by Babyface came to collect us from Manchester airport. I was travelling home from work and a little stressed as had to organise my eldest sons camping trip. Mohammed kindly waited on my arrival at home and took my son to meet his friends.
