   Used Huddersfield taxis on Christmas Day using their excellent app. I booked a return journey in advance using the app, from Huddersfield to New Mill. Drivers on both journeys turned up in and time and were polite and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

   Disgusting service. Booked through the app, called them after 12 minutes because I still had no confirmation. Every time I called I could hear the person on the phone answering and immediately hanging up on me. They obviously weren't in the mood to work today. The final time I tried they replied and said it would be 25 minutes till my taxi arrives, I said that is a ridiculous waiting time since the app said 7 minutes, and the person hung up on me. They ended up arriving over 30 minutes after the app said. The taxi driver was ok, can't say the same for everything else.

   Pre booked a ride through the app and it was really easy to use and a competitive rate was provided for the trip. I left a note on the booking requesting if the driver could be prompt as I was at an appointment at a very peak time of the day . Ghulab and driver arrived on the dot even though my address was tricky to find, really polite and provided a very smooth journey to our final destination. It was exceptional service from Ghulab and Huddersfield Taxis. It was everything I could want from a taxi and I would definitely use Huddersfield Taxis again.

   I don't normally get taxi's as I normally come to work on bike. This morning however I decided to get a taxi regarding the weather. I have to say the driver was very friendly. He took time out to talk to me which was nice. 10/10

   Customer service was great, however, our driver changed the route and increased the fare and blamed it on the operators. After speaking to the operator (she was so lovely and helpful) we explained that we had been given a set fee for the fare and the driver said it’s been increased without his knowledge, she explained it was the driver that called and asked for the fare to be increased and she’s sorry it happened, she then spoke to the driver and lowered the fee back to its original price. Thank you for resolving this for us.

   This is an updated review from my first ever booking with them The manager did contact me and did me a £5 discount on future rides. So I have given them a second chance and so far I'm very pleased with their service. Hope I've been using Huddersfield Taxis for all my taxi needs now for quite a while now. Mostly the drivers are all excellent, clean cars and friendly service.

   Ordered a taxi via the app, 24 hours before I required one for 08:05 the following morning. By 08:15 the taxi hadn’t arrived so I called to be informed there were no taxis available. As a result I missed my train to Manchester and kept an important client waiting who subsequently had to cut the meeting short Will never use again as can’t be relied upon

   Driver trying to scam our money by saying people will run away when are arrival. How ridiculous. The journey should be £10.3 but the driver wanting to charge £12 he said it have extra charge for train station. Very disappointed

   Ordered a taxi this evening paid by direct debit. After an hour waiting I decided to cancel. You have still taken the taxi fare even though not sending a taxi. Surely you should take the money after? Called to asked about my money to be told I have to wait 2 to 3 days for my money back. The whole experience tonight has been shocking. From a loyal customer. I am not happy.
