   There was an issue with Tension Control in 2 in 1 cross trainer. They sent me a new replacement part and a little guidance by email which we managed to replace it. It's working fine now. I found customer service good. They only reply by email but I wish if they can answer phone calls as well so it will be much easier for customers.

   Bought a crosstrainer machine, it broke down after few months and it was the drive belt that was damaged. customer services refused to pick it up and asked ME to open it and put the drive belt correctly when in my photos it was obvious that the drive belt was completely damaged . i sent the code of the drive belt and they sent me the wrong belt,again asking ME to install it. I told them its the wrong belt so it doesnt fit. i insisted in picking up the machine and fix it. then someone else emailed me saying i should not have been offered any drive belt and they wont pick up the machine because the drive belt is classified as wear and tear and also they will not send me a box to put the machine in so to pick it up so if i dont have a box they wouldnt picking it up anyway, excuses after excuses.. I argued my case that the belt is not a sticker to be classified as wear and tear but the most important part of the cross trainer! suddenly i got an email that they will send DPD courier to pick it up. I found a box to put the machine in it (i bought another cross trainer from another company -as wersports were taken months to sort it out- so i used that box). I stayed in all day and no |courier came. I emailed wersports and sent me a screenshot stating couriers actions that the driver came but i didnt have it ready for him to pick it up. i told them that the screenshot they sent to me states area of picking up the cross trainer as BARKING area and I live in Hackney!!! again,no apologies or anything, only emailed me a google location of my address saying they honored the warranty and thats it,they wont do anything else! i sent them a photo screenshot with date stamp 6th of february,showing the crosstrainer boxed so their excuse that the courier came and i didnt have the item ready is bull$hit and also the map location they sent me they could have easily took it from google maps,it proves nothing, cause i was home all day waiting for the courier. So, legal action will be taken today. i had issues with them previously and i was stupid enough to buy again from them. their customer services is non existent and they will try to find any excuse to avoid their responsibilities! avoid them at all costs! all their machines are faulty or refurbished but not new

   Very fast delivery and bought a cross trainer for nearly half original price. The quality far outweighs it's price and very easy and logical to build, no need for instructions. Get the nuts and bolts accurately tightened and in place from the start it will last way beyond what was paid for it.

   Excellent customer services from We R Sports. I had an issue with my bike resistance level. The customer service team scheduled a delivery pickup for the bike to be picked up and fixed. The team picked up the bike and fixed the issue. Outstanding team and company and I cannot fault them in anyway especially with the current pandemic the team went far and beyond to get my issue resolved. Thank you for all your support.

   I'm a 70 yr old widow who's not been on a bike since my hubby died over three years ago. One Tuesday I ordered a £99.99 spinning bike with obvious reservations. Well I've never experienced such instant and excellent service. It was delivered free, the next day, bang on time with text messages letting me know even the time of arrival. It was flat packed and I faced a daunting assembly task but I couldn't believe how easy to understand, the instructions were. I did the job all on my own in about an hour. The quality is amazing and the whole process has been a joy. I love my bike and if I ever need any sports equipment in future, "We R Sports" will be where it will come from. Thank you for the best purchase I have ever made on line.

   Brilliant - we got an exercise bike which arrived very quickly. The quality of the machine is fantastic and it is so quiet and compact! Perfect for an upstairs flat. We are having a little problem with the display, so I e-mailed the company late last night and got a reply at lunchtime today - very quick. After trying a couple of suggested fixes which didn't work, I was told that a new display is being sent out to me. All in less than 9 hours! A fine example of customer service, I mostly dealt with Tina who is very professional and was very prompt with her replies (and helped me when I couldn't find the 'write a review' button on the google search page!) I wish every company were like this one as I would be more than happy to use We R Sports again and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks (and especially to Tina :) )
