   Booked a cab for 07:50 in the morning. Driver turned up at 07:40 and asked me to come down. I said I had booked for 07:50 so I'll be down at 07:50. Called again at 07:50 and by that time I had reached his car and was about to open the door. Said good morning. No response. Broke the speed limit and jumped a red light to get to the destination. I said thank you before leaving. No acknowledgement. It was like I had committed a crime when it was the driver who turned up early. I am an emergency worker and I book a cab so that I can get a few minutes extra sleep in the morning. Thanks to this experience I won't be using your services anymore. Your drivers can take their bad attitude somewhere else.

   Nearly 7 quid for a 2.5 mile journey what a total rip off I will never use them again I advice no one else does ether I'm having to walk the rest of my way due to the rip off taxi firm I was quoted 7 pounds from birdcage to Lee mount but it was already 6 at the collage because YOUR driver went as far out-of the way as he could so by that math it would have cost more than double what was quoted on the phone not execrable to rip people off but yeah thanks for the walk definitely won't use this rip off company again and I will make sure no one I know gets ripped off by your company

   What can I say about a star there as old as me they’ve always kept the standard up there reliable and friendly on the phone you get the odd driver that thinks he’s invisible and does how he pleases but as a company I rate them

   Made me miss my train this morning. No apology or anything. If someone’s booking a taxi for a specific time you should honour it or tell the customer you can’t and go elsewhere. I have to wait 1 hour for my next train sat in the cold.

   After using these guys for 10 years for airport runs and regular pick ups , they leave me sat for 90 mins saying I'm in the wrong for not being in the correct location. Used Crossleys to get me home were there in 5 mins. Phone operator was rudest ever .

   I lost my keys on saturday.. rang up first thing sunday morning and the operator (guy) was so helpful. Took my number and said he would ask everyone and that I should ring back. Taxi was checked but wasn't found - lost all hope ...... then shared on fb and i now have them back. Would've cost me a lot of money to replace (car and house key). Cannot thank these lovely people enough - thank you :)

   Unfortunately DESPITE advertising the hire of Wheelchair Taxis on Google. They actually do not! Not sure if this is Google's fault? (DOUBT it!) But were it my business I would have the error removed by asking Google! It takes seconds! Edited by reviewer 25.1.22 Contacted by Owner who ASSURED me they in fact DO TAKE BOOKINGS for WHEELCHAIR TAXIS!! Said switch was incorrect but would not say why until he had checked. GOOD NUFF.

   My friends son left his phone in the back of the taxi. I called to see if the driver could find the phone. Within 10 minutes it was confirmed the driver had the phone and would come back and drop it off. The driver wouldn’t take the fare for having to return. Great service, highly recommend.
