   I’ve been waiting for my order for a month now and it still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointed with the CCFC customer service as I have no other way to contact them apart from filling contact form over and over again, still no response from them. Very frustrated now as it getting closer to Christmas time which it would be a special gift for Coventry city fan to get. :(

   I have tried to contact you and your website is down I ordered two items but only one was delivered but you have taken payment for both! I’m getting quite annoyed with you and not being able to contact you. I suggest nobody buys anything on your online store as you are not trust worthy and we can not contact you to find out where our purchases are!

   I have placed orders on the online store website on several occasions. Each time the order is processed, however, after not receiving the goods and having to contact the store, I’m informed that the item is not in stock, but is shown as available on the store website. I’ve lost all confidence in online purchasing with the CCFC online shop and will now be sourcing the products elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic way to run a business.

   Never enough stock in store of the shirts. Order online and pay for express delivery and it’s been nearly a week and order is still showing as processing, message service is useless and no number to call. So you pay for a service you don’t get and then get zero response when raising a query on the ludicrous message service.

   Thank you to the kind lady today at the store helping me sort a kit out for my little boys birthday. I had ordered online but it arrived damaged by the courier and it wasn’t repairable sadly. I had the unfortunate displeasure of speaking to the worst manager ever initially, who shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t have one in the same size so I’ll order it in. I explained I needed one for tomorrow as it was his birthday and asked if I could build a kit together out of the single items if they had size stock (what I had ordered was the infants full kit) and he sarcastically replied ‘yeh sure I’ll just go and make you one out the back now shall i’ - thankfully the kind lady and a young lad helped me pull a kit together out the youth section and make it work for my little lad. I’m sorry you have to work with the most socially awkward and rude manager I’ve ever had to speak to. You all need medals coping with that level of idiot….

   The store only gets one star purely because of who I believe to be the manager he is the most awkward human being I have had the unlucky pleasure of meeting .he has no man management skills and no inter personal skills. On the two occasions I have meet this individual he has just been awkward just for the sake of being awkward, one of the most rude and arrogant persons I've ever met .He makes it such hard work to buy anything which is the main point of a store really to stay in business you feel like just giving up. On a good point the products are always of a good quality and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Perhaps to help the store out he should seek a career change hopefully not the samaritans.

   We stumbled across this fabulous bar, as we were meant to see Peter Kay and was cancelled! What a find, everyone was so friendly and the happy hour cocktails were gorgeous! We may re visit next year. A good selection of Gins too, and top tunes!! I highly recommended this place.
