   Currently trying to get through to them by phone. Only available number just plays a recorded message about their "150 years of innovation based culture allowing them to be the best in class, with products and services with leading edge technology which gives their Customers the competitive edge to compete effectively and efficiently in today's global economy" which then kicks me off the call at exactly 60 seconds. Maybe help me to compete effectively and efficiently in today's global economy by innovating a phone call management system, or maybe just get someone to answer the phones?! Imagine having a business where the people did not answer the phone...

   Not the worst place I've worked for but some of the staff in the office need more training in understanding when a driver rings with a problem and NOT to be told the driver is making it a problem very poor

   i wonder if anyone actually works there, i had a delivery in may and received a £50.00 import charge which we paid in June i am still getting letters and e mails chasing payment even though i have sent prof of payment and e mailed at least 7 times no one answers the phone numbers or ever responds to any e mails so just waiting for the dept collector to contact me so i can show them the details of payment and them look stupid......

   OK, so they seem to be having horrendous teething troubles with new import rules/documentation for pallets from Eu (Germany) But why do they advertise a 'customer contact' number (Bradford) if they do not have anybody answering this particular phone...been trying now for over 2 hours. This only serves to exacerbate the situation and make angry customers.

   Honestly the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Even the staff seem sick of their own employer. They are probably fine when things go OK but try calling them when things are not going right. I have just tried calling about 10 times with them dropping the call 3 times. They are not the professional outfit that they make themselves out to be.

   Very polite. Document circulation between the warehouse and the office, express. I was here a year earlier, it was good then, now even better. Thanks to the forklift operator for a good and quick distribution of the load. Professionals. Other companies can take an example. On the downside, there is little room to pull back, but it's England. On every company tight.

   Dropped off a pallet of boxes, refused to drive round to good lifts and unloaded all the boxes and left on the floor in the rain. Driver was rude and threw documentation for me to pick up off the floor. Very unhelpful drivers. Avoid
