   I shipped my personal belongings with Tudor International Freight in September, and it was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had. They promised delivery to Antalya Airport on 22 September at 10:00, yet my shipment arrived a full day late after countless delays, misinformation, and complete lack of communication. I was never informed about additional documents required (a road transfer form) until the morning of the supposed delivery day, which made it impossible to receive my goods as planned. They also told me the pickup team would call one hour in advance, but they called only 10 minutes before arrival, then tried to charge me “waiting fees” — which they only waived after I complained. I had to cancel and rebook my flights, pay for extra accommodation, and spend days in Antalya waiting for my shipment, only to be told “we are not responsible” and “we will not respond to any more emails.” When I asked for compensation or a refund, they refused completely, hiding behind “terms and conditions” and blaming everyone else — the airline, the drivers, even me — instead of taking responsibility for their own poor coordination and misleading information. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company. I strongly advise others to avoid going through the same experience.

   Fantastic service and clear communication. They did a pickup from London through a third party and were able to accommodate a last minute change of dates. Stephen was very helpful over email. Very reasonable prices - shipped just over 100 kilos for a total cost of around £370. My package arrived after a slight delay and was with me at my final destination in the Middle East after 9 days. 10/10 would recommend!

   My experience of Tudor Freight has been excellent. Just moved to Zambia from the UK. On very short notice - almost 24 hours, Tudor Freight picked up my packages on time, weighed them within 12 hours and sent me my final quote. I paid immediately, and in 2 days time they were shipped out to Zambia. I arrived in Zambia on 9th of June and my cargo arrived a few days later. I picked them up. Minus one item - which was ceramic and I was silly enough to pack it - everything came in one piece. All charges were VERY REASONABLE, in comparison to others. I cannot thank Tom and his team enough for all the kind cooperation and support to help me move to Zambia. A definite 5 stars and to be frank, I'm stingy with my stars :-)
