   Rubbish service. Ordered a box of bullet heads, which they show as having in stock, although it is not clear where in stock. The order says, Main Warehouse! Where's that? USA, UK, EU? It is not clear at all and given the company has a registered address in the UK, I assumed it was here. Maybe if their website was clear and it said 'where' it was coming from, i.e. which country, which would then support the information regarding delivery times, then customers would know BEFORE they place an order. 10 days later and despite a phone call yesterday guaranteeing I would have them today, Royal Mail, who will all know are crap as well, still don't have them for delivery out to me. I will never use them again. They may be cheap, but if you never get the item, it's a waste of time.

   Excellent service from Brownells. They promptly replied to my queries with advice on what parts I required. The shipping costs are cheaper than many companies based in the UK even though my parts were shipped from the USA. I would highly recommend Brownells and will most certainly use them again.

   I love this company for ordering real parts for my airsoft rifles. They have a huge selection of pistol grips , fore grips , hand stops. Delivery takes a while sometimes as parts come from the US.

   First, brownells is a great place to source firearm parts that may be very difficult to do in the UK, in my particular case a set of Daniel Defense sights. Their pricing on some items is a little high, considering optics planet offered the same sights for almost £90 cheaper, but the advantage you have is items not getting stuck at customs and then you having to pay more in the end, so it balances out in the long run. Delivery was quite slow, from order to dispatch took 5 days and delivery took another 9. Unfortunately the £187 sights I'd ordered were only put in a jiffy bag and had been crushed- lucky they are aircraft grade aluminium and didn't sustain any damage. Overall, I'd say my experience was average, if I need any more parts I'll return but I'd take the delivery estimate with a pinch of salt.

   I'm very glad Brownells UK exists. I've recently got into shooting here in the UK and unfortunately it can be very difficult to get hold of firearms parts and accessories as most stuff (and the best stuff) comes from the USA. Fortunately Brownells have a large stock of items at their shop in the USA that are sent over to the UK shop quickly. Their stock on their website is actively tracked and updated. I've had multiple orders and no issues at all. I've tried to order shooting related products directly from the USA before and twice I've had delivery's seized by UK customs and either shipped back or destroyed! My point is that I'd rather wait 3 weeks for my order from Brownells and actually receive my items, than risk not getting them at all and loosing my money! People need to realize that ordering things from the USA, TAKES TIME! Brownells have always followed through on my orders. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. They're a great company, and in my opinion vital to the UK shooting market. I'll happily continue to order from them in the future!

   I’ve called brownells to ask about one of their advertised products, the person who answered the call wasn’t quite aware of the stock, he mentioned it’s currently in stock but unsure if it’s still for sale (??!) Anyway not a big deal, completely understandable... The surprise comes after I’ve hung up: I’ve been charged almost £5 for nothing! Zero info, but charged. So even if I haven’t got the chance to close any deal with them, I still need to write this review as unsatisfied potential customer so others to be aware of consequences of giving them a call at the number shown on google. Thanks for nothing, YOU should be grateful for my pounds!

   Do not buy from here. They sneak a little T&C in font 0.1 that says 7-10 days AFTER DISPATCH...Which basically means 2 weeks after when they can be arsed. My order cost me £5.99 delivery to send from the US to the UK which then took nearly 3 weeks to come...3 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid, you get some ineffectual halfwit or his wife who sends almost single word replies if/when they can be bothered then ignore you when you prove him wrong. I will be claiming back via my credit card. Please support local companies with better customer service and not giving all their money to the USA!
