    I had a fantastic experience at the Angling Direct Coventry branch recently. I was helped by Adam, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Adam took the time to answer all my questions, gave great advice and made sure we left with what we needed for our fishing trip - he made our visit a pleasure.     What an experience! My 11 year old son has taken up fishing so I am trying to teach him the very limited things I know as I am a complete novice, I had previously been to a different and well known tackle shop in Coventry, where I always feel awkward as a beginner and like a burden when I ask questions, so I was a bit apprehensive trying another tackle shop, but WOW what a stark contrast that AD offer, from walking in I was made to feel welcome, all of my questions were answered in a really professional and helpful way, I felt like Luke really wanted to help me, and for once I felt welcome in to the fishing lifestyle. AD Coventry doesn't only offer great prices, they offer an incredible level of service, I will shop nowhere else for all of my bait and tackle needs. Luke Gamble is a real credit to the store, superb service! Thank you for changing my perception of tackle shops!

    Second visit since Sunday. Can't recommend this shop enough. The staff are super friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Staff happy to spend time with you and assist you with what you're looking for, nothing was too much trouble. Refreshing experience all round.     Coventry have been lacking a more modern way of searching and buying angling equipment for a while.. Great customer service and good choice of products. Will recommend but Shame there is no discounts on site when buying in bulk..
