   Charnwood Nursery and PreSchool is absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, and it’s clear that they genuinely love what they do. It is very reassuring to see how well the staff know each child as an individual. Our little one has made great progress both socially and academically since joining, coming home every day excited to share something new. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, and we’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery.    My daughter has attended the nursery since she was 10 months old and is now in the preschool. Having seen her move through the different rooms and meet all of the wonderful staff, we are thrilled with our choice of nursery for her. We receive regular updates through the app about what she has been doing with her teachers and peers, as well as her progress in learning and development. In every room she has been in, we have felt that the staff genuinely care for her and also listen to us as parents—whether this is regarding her care needs or incorporating her interests into the daily provision. The opportunities she has at nursery really ease the guilt of being working parents: she goes on regular walks, attends weekly forest school sessions, visits soft play, and much more. A special mention goes to Chelsea and Chantay, who have both been amazing key persons for our little one. We would also like to thank all the staff and management for their hard work, dedication, and care—it really makes the nursery a wonderful place for our daughter.

   Both of my kids have attended this nursery and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The staff are all so friendly and caring. My son who is an outdoorsy child is a big fan of the onsite and offsite forest school. I get lots of pictures through the week and my kids have always come out smiling. The food they cook sounds delicious too. They also take them out on days out on the bus, walking or the nursery minibus. They put a lot of time and effort into everything they do for the kids. Overall an excellent nursery!

   Made the best decision moving my little boy to this nursery, he is thriving. Nursery staff are lovely and caring. This is the only nursery I've come across who care well for children but support the parents equally. Very impressed. Definitely recommend.
