   One star is too high. Never any appointments available. Doctors send standard replies to online requests to be seen - never addressing what has been said. "Go to A&E" is the standard response lately. They tell you to contact Reception if symptoms worsen, but still refuse to see you when you so that. Urgent pleas for help get you a link for an appointment in 11 days time. No follow ups after scan and MRI results show big concerns. No communication and no care.

   From start to finish, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor’s surgery. The booking system is outstanding – no waiting endlessly in a queue, just a simple call-back with my queue position, followed by a short questionnaire that made arranging a face-to-face appointment quick and easy. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, and Dr. W Turner was fantastic – knowledgeable about my condition, reassuring, and genuinely supportive. In my 56 years, I’ve never had such a smooth, positive experience with a surgery. I feel so fortunate to have moved into the area and to now be under the care of such an exceptional practice.

   The new online system for non-urgent help is excellent. Quick and easy form to complete, triaged with a fast response from a GP by text, and on this occasion offering various appointment slots to choose from at my convenience. Lovely GP seen with a positive outcome. A revelation over battling the phone system.

   Would give zero if I could Receptionist damn right rude not helpful Never get appointment now you do everything via a app ridiculous especially those that dont have access. Never any appointments even though gurantee when you go there its empty. I have now changed doctors

   Can never get an appointment, doctors ‘write’ the prescription for me to go the pharmacy and it not be there, to then be told that the doctor has even prescribed it. 111 advised for the surgery to see my one year old daughter and the surgery were supposedly full, even though they are supposed to keep appointments open for emergencies? Never got contacted about my daughter’s one year jabs. I contacted them and they got cancelled an hour before she was due to have them. I also got told by my midwife to get the flu jab. I went to the surgery to be told that they had ran out. A few weeks later, my online account says that I refused them. Awful.
