   We use this taxi firm most weekend and have done for a long time. The drivers are always friendly and accommodating, however, our latest experience has tainted our view considerably. We have just been charged £8 for a journey of 1.8 miles taking about 5 minutes. I wish I had said something to the driver! Please make sure you check the price before traveling with this firm.

   Excellent service from office and especially our driver who provided regular updates and ensured we were comfortable throughout our long trip to London. He was friendly, cheerful, polite and had an excellent knowledge of the local area, pointing out places of interest on our way, which as visitors, made it a really pleasant trip. The service we received was above and beyond what we expected and we can fully recommend.

   What a fantastic service we had with this taxi service. Excellent customer service from the call handlers, we used a taxi which would accommodate my wheelchair. The driver helped me into the car folded my chair up and checked everything was ok for the journey. Immaculate cars ( we used this company twice today) very friendly drivers who represented their company with professionalism and care. We have already pre booked more taxis with this company. 5 star service indeed.

   This taxi company almost knocked myself and my partner down with their dangerous driving. They then went on to be very rude and swear at us when we complained about their dangerous driving. Not the behaviour you expect from a reputable firm

   Booked a taxi with 45 mins notice. Taxi hadn't arrived 10 mins after requested, so rang for an update. Told he was 5 mins away. Another 10 mins passed, no sign. Booked elsewhere and cancelled. The dispatcher was apologetic, which was appreciated, but there's no excuse for shoddy timekeeping. Meant we were late for an event - won't be using again.

   Worst taxis company around. I have tried to order a taxi three times through them over the last 6 months. Two no shows and the other was over 45 mins late. When chased I was told it was a minute away each time. Same lie each time (the only reliable thing about them). Truly terrible.
