   I work at Skipton train station and use Skipton and Craven taxis on a daily basis. I work alternating shifts so need a taxi either early in the morning or late at night and have been using this company for some time and they are prompt and reliable. I get a message when the driver reaches me and would certainly recommend this company to other users. Keep up the good work guys!

   A really excellent taxi company. I became ill on Saturday evening, rang 111 and was advised that I needed to get to A&E as quickly as possible. The taxi collected us from Skipton within a couple of minutes, got us to Airedale Hospital in very good time, later returning my wife home in the early hours of Sunday morning with the same efficiency. The drivers on both occasions were friendly and professional. I recommend this company thoroughly.

   Would not recommend this taxi firm. Rude and unhelpful. Three cabs were booked. One driver complained about having to wait for the passengers, despite arriving early. One never arrived ‘because we didn't answer the phone’ despite the fact we’d said there was no signal and they could have rung the hotel. Meant bridal party were very late to the wedding. Company very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend and would actively avoid where possible.

   Booked the taxi a couple of days in advance. Text confirmation just after I booked and then got a text 5 minutes before pick up. Taxi driver called us as well. Reasonably priced. Very pleasant guy. Will use this service again

   Called them from Skipton station on a cold and wet December evening. They arrived within a couple of minutes, driver was lovely and got me straight back home with a minimum of fuss. Taxi was clean and price was good!

   Booked a return journey from Skipton to Howarth. Drivers were both really friendly and chatty. Return journey someone got in our taxi pretending to be me but when I rang to find out where it was the driver came straight back for us which was fantastic. Highly recommend such a friendly business.
