This company is the worst company to go with the staff are unproffessional, unfriendly, hateful, unorganised and i would never consider using this company ever again
DO NOT USE. Can't give an am or pm slot. I stayed in all day on a Saturday. A waste of my precious time. Never delivered. Apparently they had a photo of front gate but wouldn't let me see it!! She described it and definitely not mine. I gave instructions to leave in special place on the Monday as they don't deliver Sundays. Got home, no delivery. They said they had tried to deliver it twice!! Finally delivered the next day. In this day and age this is not acceptable.
Really poor service, ignored instructions on delivery, re delivered on wrong date and wouldn’t bring it out again after that. Numerous instances of miscommunications. Terrible company.
Terrible delivery service. You leave notes on the order to specify instructions. All instructions get ignored. They don’t listen to instructions of delivery as it doesn’t suit their agenda to deliver after a certain time. And it’s always the customer’s problem. So we continue to suffer with apc until the seller decided to change them as their delivery partner. It’s been like this since 2020.
Can't fault them, 3rd time I've used them. Parcel tracker works a treat too. Never had an issue, so 5star from me.
Absolute nightmare. No response for calls, email, the webpage is slow, no pinpont tracking available. They "tried" to deliver my parcel, both of the days I was at home, didn`t bother to leave delivery ticket that "they couldn`t find me at home".
Ordered a large heavy item from Amazon. Received a phone call to give me a delivery date and rough time-slot. On the specified day, well within the time slot, I got what I'd ordered. I can't give less than 5 stars.
Absolutely shocking service, I’d rate it zero stars if I had the option! Paid for a Saturday delivery and guess what...nothing! I followed my tracking and it was sat at the bradford depot the whole day, so clearly APC had no intention of delivering my item at all! To add further insult to injury I phoned the customer service number and after 47 mins 15seconds on hold(next in line apparently) no one answered the phone! I have received no email, phone call or even a text to say what was happening with my delivery! I will never ever use this company again, I will endeavour to tell as many people as I possibly can about my experience too!
