The parcel shop service is so poor I’ve 5 parcels in the wind and no one is providing me any reasonable information on how to get my parcel evri ain’t helping same as the parcel shop
This is the second time my package is showing delivered but I did not receive them

MY QR code at the my Hermes shop was not accepted so I called the customer services number - their website indicates closure is at 5:30 but this is incorrect as it closes at 4pm.
