My parcel was collected on the 12th of February this year . Still not delivered . I have had no problems with the other two shipments I sent . The concern is now they are not picking up as number not working . The mobile they are not answering .
I’ve sent my parcel in November last year in 2023. Not got a clue what has happened to our parcel. Now the number is not longer in use either. So stressed out as we had a lot of valuables.
It's 5th month after sending 2 parcels. Now no one is picking phone. For God sake, never use this service. I didn't check reviews before sending. Today I checked reviews on Google and was shocked to see. It seems this company has run away and no clue where parcels are . The worst service especially, when no one is picking phone.
Very bad service , company said parcel will be in pakistan within 40 days . But its more than 60 days passed but still replying next week next week . I will like to recommend not to use services of this company which don't have commitment.
Terrible experience . Sent parcel with them 7 months ago. Hasn't arrived there. Contacted them numerous times. They don't answer calls. Tried to message on their WhatsApp number and text no replies.
I send a percel to Pakistan more than 5 months but still not received whenever I call them, they says to me tomorrow will be delivered or next week definitely it'll be delivered nothing happens now they're not answering my call. Please don't use this service.
These guys dont even deserve a rating! The worst service ever. Wasted 2 months of my life just by delaying pickup. Door to door collection is a joke as whatever address you tell them. They cant come unless you live in a big city. Whats the point? Dont advertise! I offered to drive to Bradford as the website states they have a drop off warehouse and it would be better than going to London! Their website is out dated. Bradford warehouse is shut as per the man i spoke with so please care to update your website? And in the end just want me to travel down to London just to drop a room full of items? All the way from up North. Wow! Pathetic customer service. Just Pathetic! Please stop with your false advertisement and giving Pakistanis a bad name!
