   Fourth rod of mine Dai has worked on. Very early zziplex bass which still had its original build and a broken tip ring. Contacted Dai and arranged drop off, wasn't sure what colour to go for other than a white tip but eventually decided on green and let Dai do his thing. From the previous builds the quality was never in doubt, the most important part, as the rod was bought for fishing along the coast path it will be getting a battering. Picked it up yesterday and again, the result is beautiful. I did state to Dai that there was no rush and mine was a job lot of five I was collecting but 4 weeks later I had the call. If you require work doing to a rod Angling Ambition is my first choice. Brilliant service, tob quality work and Dai is the nicest chap to deal with, very knowledgeable on all aspects of fishing and colour choice (especially when you haven't a clue). I wouldn't do 4 hour round trips if it wasn't worth it!

   Dai did an amazing job on my Zziplex Federation, after finding him online through recommendation I used his website to contact him and had a reply within 24 hours. Then after a phone call and a chat on what I required for the rod I drove over to meet him where we confirmed a few finer details handed the rod over and left him to it. Within 10 days got a text to say all done and ready for collection, arranged a time for collection and picked it up and was blown away by his craftsmanship. The rod looked absoloutly stunning. Dai is very easy to talk to and extremely friendly, his knowledge and skill is second to none. You can deal with him with confidence. Thank you Dai, I will definitely be using you again on other rods when required

   Dai is a true craftsman, this is shown by his attention to detail shining through in his work. He has restored classic older rods and modified brand new rods for me. He also applies the same attention to detail and organisation when fishing match's. Last but not least he is a genuine nice guy, always has time to talk. Highly recommended.
