Absolutely lovely nursery, the staff are so good with the kids. I really am glad we found this place. Had a small problem but they sorted it out quickly, would highly recommend busy bees Carlton park.
Wouldn't never suggest using this nursery! Simply a fuard from management team. We booked our both children in for 2 days a week as per our application form however when reviving the invoice they charged us for 3 days as it would benfit the nursery. They added a extra day to benfit the nursery income. When highlighting the issues they told us they were unable to provided us with the space. Clearly they wanted to commit fuard and charge us for extra day which we never agreed to as per our application form. Children went for settling time and came home dirty. Food marks all over there face. They have a key fob system allowing any parent to acess the building and see any children. No dbs or any checks are done on parents therefore unsure on how safe your children are from strangers. Matter will be escalated to the correct bodies
Everyone at Carlton Park Busy Bees have been so caring and loving towards my son and myself. They have given us so much support it is unreal and I truly appreciate everyone there. It will be bittersweet when my son graduates.

Both of my Children have attended this nursery and have loved every minute of their time there. My eldest is now at school and still loves coming to see all the staff when we drop off his sister, and still has friends from nursery that we see as often as we can. My Daughter adores the staff and has made so many friends here. The staff are polite, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable on many different areas that you may need support with regarding your child. Would highly recommend this nursery!
I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. When putting my children in here I was very nervous having had a previous bad experience with another nursery. But the staff couldn't have done more to allay my fears. They are warm, welcoming and are always available to answer any queries or concerns you may have. The staff are attentive and really engaging with my children. My youngest is 18 months and beams from ear to ear when we arrive in a morning. He loves the attention he gets from staff, who treat the children like their own. They work well with the children and do lots of fun and exciting activities which really engage them and help teach them. A brilliant place to watch your children grow and develop
