    I went in today very late rushing to get my nails done for a wedding on wkend. I had 5 photos for ideas the young gentleman was phenomenal he calmed me down helped choose a beautiful design which incorporated 3 photos and made them unique for me. He kept his desk so clean and tidy told me what was going to happen next. As im not use to these nails and he chatted with me like a very good friend I can't thank him enough for being so kind professional and polite THANK YOU SO SO MUCH. See you soon

    I love my nails! They don’t do appointments (only walk-ins), so depending on the day and time you come in you might have a bit of a wait but it’s worth it. They work really efficiently and they definitely know their stuff so I would recommend it. Thanks so much!

    Been going to this nail bar for years normally their very good, mam and myself went on Saturday to just have infills and was charged £40 for infills and a colour didn’t notice at the time but brought it up to the lady a few hours later and she couldn’t be more unhelpful! Played the card of not understanding me kept saying she wasn’t working on the day just wasn’t interested in putting their mistake right! They’ve lost two good customers that go every month, prices have definitely gone up as well theirs so many nail bars around better priced so will be going else where from now on

    Had my nails done BIAB and gel on Saturday morning, by Saturday evening I noticed my tips were squidgy, pressed down on them and reveled uncured gel. I've been itching all weekend because of the uncured gel so I've had a reaction. I went into the establishment Monday evening and asked for a refund. they stated they don't offer refunds, they will redo the nails. this would have been fine, however due to having a reaction, i couldn't have them redone. unable to refund the £35 I spent. Would not recommend.

    A friendly, family feeling on entering with the familiar smell of hydrochloride and varnish.....not unpleasant, I may add. Walk-ins only, no appointment system which, I guess, can be a pain sometimes. My first time there for a new set of nails, gel and varnish.....reasonable rates. Very delicate artwork too.
