   I have had the most traumatic experience in a beauty salon yet, yesterday afternoon, going into this salon thinking I was coming out a brand new person , I requested a full set of acrylics , a full foot spa , eye brow tint and lash extensions , the nails was super, only received gel polish on my feet, due to the time , no lashes and as for the tint , well where to start - embarrassed to walk the streets is a understatement! Having gone back today to see if they could rectify this , I was told to wait a hour, browsing around the shops in this space of time , I turned up a few minutes late to be told ‘sorry I can’t do it’ I expressed, I was happy to wait, and was told there was no further availability. I requested a refund and was told ‘ definitely not’ , I attach a picture of said eyebrows - definitely do not recommend this salon at all, the services and the customer service was atrocious

   I'm so disappointed with this place. The second time that I've gone and they have got the colours so wrong. Today I asked for a coral colour, we selected the colour together and when they painted it was florescent orange. I quickly stopped them on the first nail and they were rude and talked behind my back. I ended up having to have pink as they refused to help find the right colour even when I shown them a picture. I won't go again as they're really unprofessional in their manner and there's plenty of other places that I can take my custom to.

   Great visit to this salon yesterday, I was sat down straight away and the person that did my nails fully concentrated on my nails the whole time unlike another local salon. He gave me exactly what I asked for and did an excellent job, 10/10 will return

   Loved the service, went in and only waited 5-10 minutes. He called me over and I asked how much my desired nails would be and he told me £40 which is really what I expected. He did an amazing job and exactly what I wanted. I was worried about going in due to bad reviews however, I don't understand what the bad reviews are about. Perhaps it's a hit and miss?

   We got noticed as soon as we walked in & was able to ask prices which was good, so I could go to the cashpoint as it was cash only which was a pain but luckily the cash point eas only a few shops away... But we did get a bit confused when we were called over then had the impression we needed to back & sit down & wait again... while 2 others went infront of us... had to ask after being the only peple left waiting what was going on... finally told a particular person had to do my daughters nails... still dont understand why, plus the prices quoted wernt the only prices as the design my daughter wanted was 'EXTRA' she had to choose another design instead which she was a bit disapointed with but was eventually ptetty happy with... so pretty positive experience all in all, just need too see how well they last now hmmmmm x

   Lovely place and lovely staff. The waiting time was a bit silly but my daughter was over the moon with her nails and I was very happy with mine. Prices are reasonable.
