   On holiday with a train to catch, I didn't have time to try everything for size at a Trespass store in Wales. The lovely staff there helped me spend a triple figure of ££s on good winter gear, then said if anything doesn't fit, if I kept the receipt I could return items as unsuitable at any other Trespass store. Called in at the Solihull store on 25th November to return the one item which didn't fit. Maybe it's a Solihull thing, but I quickly felt judged by the staff while I explained the situation. I had tried the item on once, realised it was a poor fit so spent much less than a minute wearing it. The tall guy quibbled about the state of the item. He said it was in no state for resale. He said there were stains inside and it was full of hairs. I live with a cat, so yes, SOME cat hairs had transferred inside but it was not FULL of hairs. I picked the small number (10 to 20) of hairs out when I got home. And under strong light at home, I could not find any stains inside it. In the store he said he didn't believe I had only worn the item once and seemed to have decided I was attempting some sort of scam. He invented a story about stains and made me out to be the liar. I've shopped at a good number of Trespass stores around the country over the years and a significant number of my clothes are branded Trespass. I usually like the friendly staff at Trespass and get pleasure shopping there. I have never experienced such offensive and groundless suspicion at any other branch. Another Trespass store in another town were happy and keen to process the return today and I was happy to depart with even more of my money at that branch. I won't step near the Solihull branch again.

   Visited Today for my up coming camping trip over the weekend and kane and natasha was so helpful and welcoming, Kane helped me pick the right waterproof trousers and natasha was also recommending me items aswell, both deserve a raise!    I had an online order I needed to return so I went into the store at Solihull but there was a problem with the return. Aaron, one of the members of staff there was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Thank you Aaron, you are a great asset to the company.

   A great shop. Always been able to get everything I need for my two and their scout needs. Just a heads up as well if you're kids go to a scout club you should get a discount as well. The staff are lovely and always happy to help including with suggestions for events.
