It gets worse!! Update; We've recently found out he has indeed failed his exams as the college told us he didn't need to do a certain course in order to pass his Btec - it turns out in order to pass he DID need it!! 5 YEARS!! And not one person in this college realised!!!! We asked SEVERAL times in a face to face meeting "are you sure he doesn't need this?" And repeatedly he said "yes, I'm sure". It just goes to show a) they don't know what they're doing b) no one cares/pays attention c) the high level of staff turnover and failure of continuity of care to whomever attends d) the stress, upset and watered time they can cause you with no accountability! Now looking into the next steps & legal action. **** Disorganised mess. Frankly a shambles from beginning to end (if there ever is an end!!) I think back to the beginning of what we were promised & how great it seemed, to the reality of how awful it's actually been, and worse than that - what could've been achieved elsewhere in all this time! Now *two years* over the course, through no fault of my son's, faced with what could possibly be even more empty promises from this place! Ive not heard one positive word from my son in the last few years he's been dealing with them. High staff turnover rate/no continuity/clueless staff, leaving pupils in the lurch with no staff in place to replace the one choosing jury duty over obligations to see them over the final weeks.. then the course dragging over into another academic year! Turning up to exams and being told *on the day* it's for something he's not even been taught (because he was told he didn't need it!) - just a few examples of the distress caused by this place - imagine sitting through an exam for a subject you've not even been taught with no one on hand to answer why this has even happened, then waiting MONTHS with no results or clear resolution all while another academic year closes in.. The list of failings from this college is long & shocking but is sadly commonplace. Not sure my ADHD son has the energy to deal with it anymore; their false promises, misinformation, disorganisation or repeated failures and let downs. All I do know is he feels he's wasted 5 years of this life and I can't say I blame him. I'm livid for him, over the way this course has panned out & the way he's been treated. Left to me I would've escalated this outside of the college a long time ago. Stop letting young, already vulnerable people down and causing them unnecessary prolonged distress! Perhaps the resolution that's been promised this time will come to fruition but either way it's not going to undo the damage caused and time wasted and if he does fail it certainly won't be his fault. So I feel it best to warn others - if you're looking at these reviews and wondering if you/your son or daughter leaving school should attend here just don't do it, you/they deserve much much better.

I met up with my daughter and Grandchildren to go and look at the facilities on offer for my Grandson to hopefully attend. It really is fantastic for his chose sport also the accommodation is first class his chosen subjects are dovetailed with his sports also the staff and students worked together and made you welcome and were very helpful.

One of the biggest disappointments. I was told this was kne of the best colleges to go to to pursue my interest in sports coaching. But no. We had one practical lesson a week, 2 if we were lucky and the rest of our time was behind a computer screen typing away for hours on end.

Lovely little college hidden away. Far exceeded my expectations. Amazing english teacher, Liz Sumpter. So classy and elegant, and has a really calm, clear and engaging way of teaching. Always helpful too responding back to emails, work handed back on time and with great feedback. Will be sad to leave. Zuned hajiali has been great too. I've learnt so much from his maths lessons and have come to realise i am not that bad at maths.

I am an international student. I have been to the collage the last two years for studying child care. My teachers were very nice and helpful. The thing that i do not like about the collage is that some of the staff in the reception are unfriendly. So, i do not feel happy taking to them.
