I spoke to Richard today regarding the renewal of our insurance policy. I must say that he was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good service is hard to come by these days but Richard really stood out and did a great job!
Supersure Insurance only insure Swift Group products and are recommended on the Swift website. When you follow the link you believe you are still on part of the Swift website as they use Swift branding. However when I tried to insure a high end Kon-Tiki motor home they said the standard Swift Tracker was insufficient and said an up grade was required. This upgrade is in excess of £1000, Bonkers. Based upon my experience I would not recommend this company.
We renewed our caravan insurance again with this company, the chap that I dealt with was mobin he could not be more professional and made every part of the process very clear and the renewal cost was extremely competitive and in comparison to what other companies claim, like 50% discounts for members they knocked it out the park, so thanks mobin and keep up the good work.
Poor customer service, was spoken to badly. Miss sold insurance policy. I have raised a complaint to reflect my poor experience with swift super sure.
