   Can't use the app at all Can't contact anyone Can't take car's or Van's off or put any on my policy Got vehicles here I can't even drive know Paying for the insurance and can't get the benefits of it Can't contact anyone to discuss anything with phone line allways bust No one replied to emails And still taking my money what do I do cancel it and get new insurance im stuck here anyone can help

   Haven’t been able to update my vans for past 4weeks can’t remove my vans off when sold and can’t put them on when using this is not professional this is discusting please contact the ombudsman if your insured with these cowboys we want reimbursing fix it !!

   The company has ceased trading, not had any update and not been able to insure any of our cars for over two weeks. Still taking payments & can't get hold of anyone.

   Trying to update my insured cars on the MID but have no access for close to 2 weeks. Called today to find out that this business has ceased trading. Insurance policy still valid & underwritten elsewhere through the broker I used but no time frame for MID access. Not happy with this & not good enough communication.

   I’ve been unable to get onto the MID to update my vehicle list. Tried calling and no answer, no answer to emails and the recorded message says they are no longer trading. No letters or emails received. Absolutely shocking!!!
