Evology Parking and the range need to get their carpark sorted before someone is killed people parking in locations that are not parking spots and the management are useless may be if you go outside for your regular smoking break write the car registration down too and than speak from your store microphone for them to shift their car its not rocket science or it it that your too bone lazy.

The Range (Halifax Branch) Visit: Saturday 22nd November, approx. 2:30pm I witnessed some genuinely shocking behaviour from several members of staff at the customer service desk. A couple was attempting to return a faulty electric cooker with their receipt, yet the staff member on duty refused to accept it. She then plugged the cooker in behind the counter, leaving it switched on for around 10 minutes, and even invited the customers behind the counter to argue that it wasn’t faulty. Although, the customer stating that it was not fit for purpose (issue with temperature and cooking). This created an extremely dangerous situation. One staff member was leaning over the steaming, plugged-in appliance with her hair loose—something that clearly violates basic health and safety protocols. This incident urgently needs investigating. The staff’s attitude throughout was dismissive and confrontational. Their rudeness was so uncomfortable that several nearby customers felt compelled to intervene. The behaviour I witnessed was unprofessional and unacceptable. The customer service team at this branch is in serious need of training in both safety procedures and respectful customer service.

Pot luck as to which staff member you will get. Some are pleasant, but some are so, so rude. Management could do with providing some training, rather than stalking about beeping through authorisations for superglue purchases on the two open tills.

The store is not good. It doesn’t have any toilets, despite saying online that it does. The selection of items is huge yet somehow very poor. I choose to go to the range because it is dog friendly as I enjoy taking my dog out, however, multiple members of staff ran out of the way of my (small and incredibly well behaved) dog in fear. Why are you hiring staff that are petrified of dogs in a dog friendly shop? It just makes the customer feel unwelcome when staff actively run away from them. Bearing in mind, my dog didn’t attempt to interact with anyone, he showed no signs of aggression, he simply just walked along beside me. To add to that, the staff were rude and unfriendly. If you are frightened of dogs, perhaps don’t work in a shop where dogs are welcome.

Always manage to get what I am looking for especially when no one else sells it. Just love looking around the store as well.

Good sized store wish they had bigger furniture and garden sections. There is a lot of different items, but I’ve seen a bigger selection in the Bradford Thornton Rd store.

Not somewhere you can go for a quick visit, well we can't! Lots of choice of products for every room all year round, they sell so much and it's decent quality. Shelves are always well stocked and the staff don't seem to stop, they're always so busy although still have the time to be helpful if you need advice. Lovely cafe area and they have an Iceland too.

Just getting the store ready with Halloween and Christmas on this bank holiday Monday, the first Xmas trees were been put up and the back wall converted to Halloween stock. Lots of stuff already out for Halloween, and lots of boxes about to unpack. Wide range of items from 99p upwards, lots of different things to the last few years but the good old favourites were still available as well.

If you want to purchase anything from hair products to household furniture then this place is great. Good variety of quality products at a reasonable price. I shop here regularly and have purchased items from hair products to DIY supplies, large pieces of furniture to gardening plants and also food from Iceland. The variety of choice is good and value for money. If you want to renovate a room in your home on a budget then check out the range both in store and online. Wide range of products and value for money. Staff are helpful and friendly most of the time, unless busy. Would definitely recommend.
