   Completed my training with complete hgv in chobham. Awful experience. Instructor wasnt bad, but vehicle was falling apart. Coolant was leaking, gearstick was broken. I was also made aware that the vehicle had failed a week prior due to a tyre blow out on test. It then took them the best part of 2 months to reply in regard to a new test date. Vehicle was also far bigger than needed for category i was applying to test for. They unsurprisingly no longer operate out of Chobham. Have added pictures of the vehicle for context.

   I will recommend Complete HGV who will look for professional staff and the best instructors! I have done C+E Class 1 in Fast track and thanks to the best teacher and instructor in the world Marcus, I passed 3a, 3b and cpc Mod 4 in the first attempt (3b only with only 2 minors!) Thank you so much Marcus for everything you taught me, your patience and believing in me all the time. I am so happy I could be your student :) ! And I would like to thank all Complete HGV staff for helping me through my beginning of journey :)

   I can’t thank everyone enough at complete HGV!! I’ve passed my class 1 C+E first time today I’m over the moon!! my instructors were Peter and Adrian they were very professional, helping me to understand what was needed to drive a class 1 in a safe, professional, manner!! Pam and Sharon who are in the office my first port of call sorted everything out for me all the theory material was sent for me the work through all the exams were booked for me, any questions I had they were happy to help!. the over all experience I’ve had, has been a great one from start to finish! Great training school fantastic team! I highly recommend this company if you’re thinking about doing your HGV literally the best!! see you soon.

   I would highly recommend (complete HGV) to anybody wanting to learn. Passed my test on first attempt. I can't thank you enough Steve Mac, you are world class instructor also Duncan. They corrected me when I did something wrong and told me good when I did something good which boosted my hope and confidence. Go to HGV school directly rather than through broker it would save you lots of money.

   I highly recommend Complete HGV for your HGV license. I had passed my Class 1 license first time with this company. Special thanks to Pam in the office she was very helpful from the first time i spoke to her, always answered any of my questions. Also want to mention and thank my instructors Martin and Dez, the best to ever grace instructing. From my first days with Martin i felt confidant and relaxed, as i could tell he was there to help me succeed. I had struggled with reversing on the Class 1 vehicle, however with the patience from my instructors i had eventually got it and passed it first time, like a pro. Dez showed me a different way for reversing which helped me a lot, this company has well rounded instructors. I cant thank them enough for helping me receive my Class 1 license. I am on my way to make lots of money.

   I can not recommend this company enough. I booked through a broker but wish I’d gone directly to these guys! My instructor was 5*, made me feel comfortable in the truck and taught me everything I needed to know. Sadly I failed my first on road test, but I had my retest booked in 2 weeks and I passed! The communication with them was amazing, they kept me in the loop with everything that was going on, and I cannot praise them enough for how wonderful they treated me!

   Wow what a good experience. I can say that having passed my class 2 today first time and my nerves have settled. 4/7/22. Adrian was a pure pleasure to spend time with and take instruction from. Any mistakes or potential areas of help were very quickly identified and worked on untill I got it right. And as described the old bloke jezza I think his name was who you sent me was a proper gent. Overall a fantastic friendly down to earth team. Thank you so much
