   I am very happy with my daughter’s experience at this nursery. The staff are kind, attentive, and always willing to offer support to both the children and the parents. I would like to mention her key worker, Madison, who has shown exceptional dedication, patience, and genuine care. Thanks to her, my daughter settled in quickly, feels safe, and comes in with joy every day. The rest of the team are also wonderful – warm, encouraging, and truly professional. It’s clear that they work with passion and put their hearts into everything they do. Together, they create a positive environment where children feel respected, listened to, and supported at their own pace. I’ve noticed beautiful progress in my daughter: she is more confident, more sociable, and much more engaged in daily activities. The programme is varied, creative, and well-structured, and the environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. Communication with parents is excellent – we are always kept informed about her progress and the important moments throughout the day. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery for the professionalism, dedication, and warm atmosphere created by the entire team.

   My daughter started Cherry Tree Nurseries at the start of 2025. She hated being away from mommy to begin with but Casey and Paula (and all the other staff!) in the baby room were amazing at settling her in. It wasn’t long before she started to really look forward to going to nursery and I attribute that entirely to the staff. More recently the team have been joined by Elizabeth who is absolutely fantastic- so warm and attentive and my daughter formed a lovely bond with her. She’s definitely a massive asset. My daughter looks forward to seeing all the staff and will ask for Paula, B and Elizabeth when she’s not in nursery which just shows how much Cherry Tree Nurseries really is a home from home

   My daughter has settled in very well to the baby room. She was clingy and upset at first, to be expected when attending nursery and being away from parents with staff being patient and caring. She now loves going to see her people. All of the staff have been great. She loves Paupau and Caggy (as she affectionately calls them) and has made friends with the other babies. Regular updates of daily activities, food, nappy changes.

   I highly recommend this nursery. My daughter, has a wonderful time here—she looks forward to going every day and even asks to stay longer! She absolutely loves the teachers and staff, especially her favorite teachers, Kirsty, Sarah, Katie, Cheyenne, and Jem, who are all passionate, professional, kind, and patient with her. Manager Laura is also exceptionally professional and responsive. Rika's classmates are lovely children, and the nursery truly feels like a big, happy family to us.

   Cherry tree nursery tile hill is one of the best around my area. The staff have been so supportive towards my daughter’s development and well being. Ever since my daughter started there she rarely have flu because the preschool room is very spacious and clean. I specially thank the entire team for their great work. I truly appreciate Jen, Sarah, Tina and Kirsty for all their efforts and care towards my daughter.

   My son started here in September and was very shy and anxious. The staff are so loving and warm to all the children and really make sure they are happy and feel safe. My son gets so excited the days he goes to nursery now and is always really happy when I pick him up. The staff have put so much time and effort into my son that he is now a little chatter box with heaps more confidence! He’s always learning new things and is coming on leaps and bounds! Highly recommend! I viewed a lot of nursery’s and this was the only one that I felt comfortable with straight away. The staff really are amazing!

   My little girl has been going since January! She’s came on leap and bounds since starting. She’s gone from a shy not very chatty 2 year told. To a confident chatter box. I’m currently potty training her at home and the support from the nursery is amazing! They keep me up to date on how well she’s been and up to date on her progress. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

   My daughter loves going to Cherry Tree, she is happy and safe and has great learning experiences. The staff are warm and caring and support her learning and development extremely well. Experiences are both child and adult led. We have regular photos and observations shared with us, it is great to see how happy she is! I would highly recommend Cherry Tree Nursery Tile Hill.
