I only went downstairs but it was great. There were loads of lovely Xmas stuff. Plus lot's of interesting and different gift idea's. I was with my mum and will be going back without her to buy her some gifts.
Used to love coming here, having a cheeky homesense dive before going to the mall for a coffee. Now its always miserable, tired and sometimes rude staff. Somewhat done me a favour at least, as I wont be filling up my home with useless things anymore.
If there was a store of things you can absolutely live without, Homesense would be in. Not a diss by any means, I've cherished every animal lamp, autumn ornaments and golden pufferfish I've ever bought. It's a guilty pleasure and you'll always find something interesting
I love this shop! There are always incredible bargains, but I’d recommend going with a plan and sticking to it; otherwise, you burn your bank account.
Very well laid out shop. Plenty of choice and reasonable prices. Only issue we had the lift was out of order so our wheelchair would not get upstairs.
Usually love Homesense and their checkout staff but the service I got when looking for kitchen knives left a lot to be desired. Understandably they're all locked in a cupboard. There is a button to press for assistance but it was not working so we went to find a member of staff to help. From the get go she was huffing and puffing and made it clear she did not want to help us, made us feel like she had better things to do. She also did not want me to take a knife out of the box - I'm not going to buy something without feeling it first. She made us feel like we were wasting her time. She also didn't want to open the second cabinet so we could look at another set, insisting that they were "the same" despite there being a £20 difference between the two. She instantly lost them that sale.

An eclectic place, you can often find a good bargain in something you didn't know you needed here! They have a good range of household products, from bedding to kitchen equipment at very reasonable prices. A great place to find something to "fill that space" on your shelf or mantle!
