We went to this restaurant for a birthday meal, food was excellent and faultless, the chicken balletine and steaks were so tasty and what made this experience special was our waiter Mark, such a friendly guy and down to earth. Mark the waiter is a asset to this place so keep up the good work.
2 Rump steaks, 1 dirty burger, 1 banoffe pie and 1 lemon tart. Absolutely beautiful! Celebrating our Daughter achieving her Black belt in Taekwondo. This was noted by our waiter Fin as we had come straight from ceremony, she was wearing her dobok. Fin was so lovely and presented her with a complimentary congratulations platter. This just made her wonderful day complete. Thanks Fin.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Dining Experience at Miller & Carter From start to finish, our visit to Miller & Carter was nothing short of outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and the food—well, the food was on another level entirely. The highlight of the evening was, without question, the Chateaubriand steak. Perfectly cooked, beautifully tender, and bursting with flavour, it was easily one of the best cuts of beef I’ve had anywhere. The presentation was spot-on, and every bite genuinely melted in the mouth. Paired with their signature accompaniments including Lobster tail, it turned an already special meal into something unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that takes its steak seriously and delivers consistently high-quality dining, Miller & Carter absolutely delivers. Highly recommended—especially if you treat yourself to the Chateaubriand!
First time visit. Very busy but was welcomed and seated in a lovely area! Staff were great, attentive and friendly. Food was amazing. Took advantage of a free glass of bubbly for my birthday. Would definitely return.
Had a fabulous meal here it was delicious. Staff were great and friendly. The food was delicious and came out hot. I booked online which was better than ringing. It was priced ok not to expensive
Had the £30 Sunday set menu with a couple of friends. Calamari was very nice, steaks (8oz ribeye, £2 extra) were OK, but asked for medium rare (medium was recommended) and only the middle was medium rare and the outer bits were overcooked and dry. Also under-seasoned. The triple cooked chips (£1 extra) were disappointing, not crispy and a bit pointless. The best bit was the lettuce wedges! Desert was tasty, but rather ungenerous in size. Our waiter Josh was friendly with good banter, knowledgeable about the food and no complaints about him, but overall, despite there being more staff than customers, the service didn't flow as well as it could. Compared with other places in the area, the food fell rather flat, and at £30, was overpriced for the quality. On other days the set menu is much more reasonable with 3 courses £15.50. So, I'd avoid Sundays if you can.. Try another day.
The food is absolutely divine and the steaks really melt in your mouth. The service was also incredible and they couldn't do enough for you. The cocktails were delicious, especially the Baileys flat white martini. Will be going again.
Amazing food as always. Love the dates & steaks night on a Thursday! Great menus and amazing deals! Fab cocktail menu too. Service is always wonderful too! Highly recommend the beef dripping sauce with your steak!
