Extremely friendly staff who always give a warm welcome and my pets are always handled with the utmost care and treated well. I've been going to the surgery since 2015 or so and have always had a good experience.
A surprisingly informative , affordable, patient & friendly service. Ruby had a collar fitted , bless her. We now have to de-flea our home. We were sign posted to the affordable monthly payment plan. Very satisfied. 5 stars.
Warm welcome at the reception, good service from the actual vet and overall good experience, sorted out everything needed without delays. But double check the prices before you go, they are very expensive. Charged £140 for administering two de-wormer tablets (Milbemax chewable) which are literally £4 online and about £20-30 at other vets if you include administration/visit fees.
Having a cat with complex problems the vet has given careful and thoughtful treatment over the months and our cat still experiences quality of life. We are very grateful. The receptionist is always welcoming.
Needed an emergency visit 20 mins before closing. Jordan and his assistant met me at the door and were happy to go past closing time to ensure they got the toxins out of my dogs stomach. Jordan’s manner is so reassuring and calming for both me and Hutch. They have a wonderful team in all the staff at village vet Ealing. Just what you need in a crisis. Thanks again!

We need a emergency visit last week in the morning straight away the team were happy to see us, we arrived and the vet was very caring and carefully explained everything to us, we have since signed up to the vet as our experience was fantastic. Highly recommend to local pet owners.
The Doctor and receptionist are lovely people. They are very nice and caring.
Very caring people and I felt safe handing my kitten to them. He went in to get the usual kitten injections for outside cats and loved it, he's usually very chill but this time even played with the vet!
