   Gave me burnt food on a collection order for a panini meal and jacket potatoe and when I called her to tell her that she gave me burnt food instead of apologising or asking me to take food back she became aggressive and told me that shes just cleaned the grills and food was not burnt! So rude and no customer service experience at all !! If you dont like your job then dont work there and dont burn peoples food when they have paid full price to receive a meal that isnt burnt to a crisp. Everyone should stay away and never order from here unless you want burnt food and disgusting customer service

   Ordered on Ubereats. Arrived cold, no salad only one of them had any sauce on it. The beef was dry and chewy. Seems it’s been left for days. They really have gone downhill. Dead food.

   Clearly missed the notes then getting funny over the phone, rice definitively microwaved and steak was just pure rubber charge so much then can’t do the job right not fresh.

   Disgusting smelling keema . Feel so sick today had it yesterday in jacket potato. Don't order from here they use old meat and it stinks . Don't feed kids from here too . Not what it used to be .

   Absolutely terrible service, would not even give them 1 star. Would not recommend ordering from here and I will not be ordering from here ever again. We ordered for the office and they forgot 2 of our meals. Called to let them know and ask to resend the food, when they tried to make out we were lying and were adamant the meals were here. I explained they are not here and can you send the order as 2 people have missed out on their lunch. Their response was to say we are busy can we send you the food next time you order. With a very long conversation, they finally agreed to send out the food in half an hour. Food still wasn't here in half an hour so called back to see where it was, got told it would be another half an hour. Called back another two times after that and was told 10 minutes both times. The food still hasn't arrived 2 hours later and I assume isn't coming. Do not order from here!

   I was charged £7.50 for £4.30 panini and £1 snack. Food was okay. When I asked for a receipt cashier gave a credit card slip not actual receipt. There were few other customers waiting so I didn't ask. Never go there again. When I finished eating and about to leave I was offered small box of cold and soggy fries I never and charged. Be careful of these type of business who tries to make money by charging extra.
