Very good service, Fast and professional, Connor who served me was very helpful as i had not eaten at burger king before and helped me choose something i would like.

I had been dreadfully ill all day so as I had no other food in the house I order from here. It let me order and said it was preparing my food shortly after. Only to completely cancel my order after having me wait an hour to see if it was going to delivered. If its not going to be delivered don’t let people place an order and don't make them wait that long to discover it has been cancelled as I could of ordered other food/gone somewhere else. Some common sense would of helped.
Good service, the app was a bit stressful but once I finally managed to order the staff was helpful and even though it was near to the closing time the staff was not in a rush and they served me well. The only downside was that there was no sauce or napkins.
Very good got chicken royal very fast and good customer service management seem that have stepped up lately really enjoyed
The bacon double cheeseburger was terrible the bacon looked like it hadn't been done properly and the burger was cold the only thing that tasted nice was the fries
The food was made very quick and was made to my order. The staff were very kind and answered any questions that I asked.
Awful staff, rude and arrogant. Avoid this branch at all cost especially if the lad with the long scruffy blonde hair is working. Never has his hair tied up and have found hairs in food several times. They also dont clean out their fryers very often which leads to evacuations when shopping. Ruin the Burger King reputation
I genuinely haven't visited a “Burger King” for over 30 years, so when an unexpected offer popped up, I decided why the hell not. Ok it was delivered from the Broadway to Eccleshill, so wasn’t particularly hot when it arrived, but OMG ! … what a burger this was, it made another well-known brand look quite small in comparison, the fries were a decent size, (a sort of cross between chips & fries), all in all it was a quite substantial meal. I honestly think I could be converted from my usual poor brand to the bigger and better “Burger King”
Got bacon breakfast. Was alright to be fair. Little bit dry but some sauce would cure that. Coffee was mediocre though. Didn't realise I was getting so many little hash browns though which was ok
