   Would like to say the whole practice everyone from reception to vets to nursing staff are truly amazing . Been with this practice for many many years and they have always put the highest of care into looking after my dogs. Recently Sophie head vet saved my young Spaniels life with her diligence and quick thinking rushing him for an emergency CT scan and quickly referred him but without her intervention I feel he would not be here and making a very good recovery from a median Sternotomy . Cannot Thank Sophie and the team for their 5 star care enough.

   Wouldn’t take our dog to any other practice as the staff here are friendly, professional and treat both our dog and us with kindness and respect. Booking an appointment is easy and any after-care is explained fully and thoroughly. Our dog actually pulls on her lead to go in as we walk past. Can you believe that? Thank you to all the staff there.

   My two cats were very happy and relieved to hear that they had passed their health checks. They love going to Medivet in Ashford and the staff are very kind caring and compassionate about the pets they .Once again first class service from Medivet. Sunny May and Moon say thank you for the wonderful compassionate care they received again and for helping them to feel less scared.

   Needed a emergency appointment. The receptionists booked me in very quickly. When I got there they were lovely and welcoming. But the vet was amazing. Wonderful with my dog and explained everything. Even my 16 year old son was impressed. I've used a few different vets in the past due to time and convenience... but I won't be doing that again.

   Absolutely fantastic vets. Went above and beyond for or dog Teddy after he was attacked by another dog. Sadly he didn't make it. But we knew every effort was taken to make sure he was taken care of right to the end. They even sent us the most precious gift of his paw prints and some of his fur ❤️. We are Forever greatful for there help and support. Mr & Mrs Taylor

   Have been with this practice for over 40 years (started in the Colin Ellis era) always had excellent help and treatment from all vets..They are compassionate when we have had any of our cats pts due to illness or old age. Have seen Sally ever since she joined and Barbara until she retired, have complete confidence in care and love that it is all women now. Personally won't go anywhere else.

   Very welcoming, knowledgable and extremely helpful vet! Dr. Sophie is an amazing vet and I'm happy that they're looking after my cat, Camur. My cat unfortunately had an accident on Wed morning. Since we're new to the area, we were not yet registered to a vet. I've found Medivet Ashford thanks to Google reviews. They kindly registered us quickly and requested my cat's history from the old local vet and the hospital on the same day, and booked appointment for the next morning. Camur's situation is a bit rare, we generally have to go to the hospital that is very far away or call them which is not very helpful most of the times. But Dr. Sophie was spot on the treatment and they contacted with the surgeon in the hospital to confirm! They were kind enough to stay in touch with the hospital for Camur. I cannot thank enough, it's such a relief to find someone who is knowledgable and caring, paying attention to details. Thank you Medivet Ashford!

   Efficient and pleasant small vet, but, expensive. That said, my experience so far is that their care for the animals is very good. I should also add they are all very friendly and patient staff that work here. Two of my dogs kept running behind the counter to say hello and the staff were fine with this.

   Redleaves have been my vets, looking after all my animals, for over 25 years. All the staff have always been caring, kind, attentive and professional, and have always provided the best care to both my animals and myself. I have always received a sympathy card from them, when I have lost one of my pets, which is so lovely. I cannot recommend them highly enough, the vets, nurses and receptionists are all lovely and do an amazing job. Thank you xx
