   You can have the best private swimming lessons here in a spa like atmosphere . Best investment I ever made. Also try the actual spa, I highly recommend the facials and monthly specials .

   Stella is a fantastic swimming teacher and great with my daughter. She is very patient and creates fun activities to teach her to swim. The private pool makes it easy to take my baby along too and watch the sessions from the side. I would definitely recommend!

   I first learnt to swim as an adult in my late twenties at a local leisure centre. It was fine, it got me swimming, but I was never a very efficient swimmer and I tired easily. Then, around three years ago, I found Stella and arranged a course of weekly, one to one lessons. She immediately saw what I needed to improve my technique across all strokes and even taught me how to tumble turn so I could swim more lengths without stopping. The difference she made was absolutely huge! I don't have regular swimming lessons anymore, but I do still have occasional bespoke swimming lessons when I feel that I would like to improve something specific. Recently I have had a couple of lessons with Stella in the Aqua Clinic's new Endless Pool. It's a new experience for me swimming against a current, but it encouraged me to work on my stamina. The mirror at the bottom of the pool also helped me to watch my movements as I swam - this has helped me to even up my stroke so that my left side now matches my right, correcting my previous tendency to veer off course. I would recommend Stella's lessons to anyone, but particularly to adults wishing to start beginner lessons or just generally improve. This is because the pool is in a private building and so learning feels much less daunting than it does in a public setting. Trust me on this one - I have done both.

   My girls have had swimming lessons with Stella for about 3 years , they do private, one to one lessons and are progressing so well! She and her team are excellent! I’ve also recently started adult bespoke swimming lessons with Stella at The Centre too. By my third lesson I’ve started to get to grips with front crawl! Something I’d never managed before. In addition to the swimming I’ve been to Stella for bespoke Massage and facials! They are amazing and achieved excellent results! I highly recommend StellaR Performance.
