   I don’t know what these so-called doctors are doing! I took my dog to them to treat him, but they gave him overdose of fentanyl! I just wanted to cure my dog, not kill him! What kind of vet is this? I don’t understand! My dog was already sick, and instead of helping, they almost killed him with their stupid mistake! I had to take him to another clinic fast fast. Thank god he is okay now, but these people are useless! I trusted them, and they almost destroyed my dog’s life. I am so angry, I can't explain! Never going back to this place. If you love your pets, don’t waste your time here. They don’t know what they are doing. Zero stars for this clinic!

   Faultless, exceptional service from start to finish. We visited Per Doctors under very sad circumstances when our pet was unwell and had to be put to sleep. The vets and nurses went above and beyond to make the experience as personal and empathetic as possible. We even received a personal note in the post in the days afterwards which was so thoughtful. Don’t hesitate to use Pet Doctors.

   Lovely receptionists and a wonderfully separated waiting area for small furries and dogs. Both nurses and vets are well informed, thorough and most importantly extremely caring. This is a great practice and one I'm very happy trusting my wee beasties with!

   We have booked an appointment for our cat to be neutered and been advised to drop him at 08.15am and it only will take 2 minutes. My wife asked them if is any possibility to drop our cat after taking our son to school at 09am and they said that after 09.30am will be to late and they will not be able to do the surgery. The cat was there at 08.15am as requested only to find out that my wife had to wait there until they do the paper work, to wait for a nurse to see the cat and will probably take more than 5 minutes as previous advised. After al this she couldn't leave our cat for surgery, our little one was late to school and when I have contact them to cancel the booking we been asked to drop our cat after 09.30am because it shouldn't be a problem as long as the cat did not eat anything.

   We have been with Pet Doctors Guildford since getting our puppy in January of this year. They have been unfailingly kind, supportive and knowledgeable. We've had a few scares due to being first time puppy 'parents' but they have held our hands throughout and called back so promptly when I've asked for help. Our dog was recently neutered and they could not have been more caring and sensitive to his needs. Very very highly recommended.

   My cat ended up dying because the Guildford branch and Tongham branch didn't have a vet on sight and I was told to wait until the next day! Pet doctors as a whole needs to sort itself out so no further unnecessary trauma or suffering happens to animals!
