Even though Ted hates going to the vets in general, he’s learning that we always have a good experience there. Although Ted is only 2 years old, we’ve been there number of times and always received kind and gentle service.”

“I am going to give 5 stars for the vet professionalism, kindness and patience. We were seen by vet Monika, it’s first time in a while since we have visited the clinic. The vet was absolutely incredible, did not rush us, listened to the full history and took the best course of action to treat our dog which was cost efficient. I highly recommend being seen by her in future. Regarding management, as I’ve happened to be in the clinic and overheard something which should have been rather private addressed to the vet, I would advise more courtesy and consideration. Regarding receptionist, overall good service but had to remind of the email I sent asking for support and guidance as unfortunately we’re going through a difficult time. The clinic has had work done and it looks beautiful.”
