   I got the medvet health plan I asked the the payment to be taken on the 1st of each month this was taken on the third of each month when I told the practice this it took them over a month to deal with this bad communication from the practice manager also send a letter to find another practice I have asked multiple times for the practice management to contact me the practice manager hasn't this is shocking customer service I do not expect to be treat like this this has caused me stress and anxiety I wouldn't recommend to anybody I wouldn't want them to go through what I have gone through

   The vets and staff are very good great service and friendly BUT nobody answers the phone which is frustrating literally over 30 minutes and just music and then a machine saying your call is important to us .. also the booking system online didn’t work .. so only option is to go down there and speak face to face

   Very expensive. Poor communication about drug options, just gave the most expensive and was told if they don’t work I will have to pay another £100 for consultation. Quite dismissive

   A serene environment for a 9 week old kitten's first visit to a vet. Plenty of parking at the easily located surgery keeps stress levels down for owners too. Very helpful, friendly staff inspire confidence and are a great source of information to a new owner. The Medivet Healthcare Plan seems to provide an excellent "starter kit" for your new pet's needs at an affordable price. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with the practice.

   I am going to give 5 stars for the vet professionalism, kindness and patience. We were seen by vet Monika, it’s first time in a while since we have visited the clinic. The vet was absolutely incredible, did not rush us, listened to the full history and took the best course of action to treat our dog which was cost efficient. I highly recommend being seen by her in future. Regarding management, as I’ve happened to be in the clinic and overheard something which should have been rather private addressed to the vet, I would advise more courtesy and consideration. Regarding receptionist, overall good service but had to remind of the email I sent asking for support and guidance as unfortunately we’re going through a difficult time. The clinic has had work done and it looks beautiful.

   Medivets has been my vets for 12 years for all my cats past and present. Always able to make an appointment as soon as needed. Professional, very friendly staff and vets. I always recommend them. Everyone is so very caring and their prices are good. It's also the nearest out of hours emergency vets where I was able to take a neighbour's dog to after being attacked by 2 greyhounds on a Sunday 3 years ago. We are now firm friends and help each other out with our pets' needs. ❤️

   Recently our cat was involved in a road traffic accident and I can truly say that the care he received at Medivet saved his life before he could be transferred to Fitzpatricks Referrals. Would highly recommend this practice. He was firstly treated by Vets Now at Stockton by Nick and Hannah who were amazing and then handed over to another vet whose name I forget unfortunately and Meryl. They were all incredible and we will be eternally grateful for their support and expertise

   Cannot praise this veterinary practice anymore. The staff are wonderful and treatment until the end of Otto Racers life was very compassionate. Did not hesitate coming back with our new lab pup Bennie now a year old!!
