Menu looked great online, didn't anticipate having such a great time in elland! Food gorgeous, 9 dishes all served hot at the same time. Watched the team seamlessly get 22 covers out with the Xmas feast upstairs. Fantastic staff, gorgeous flavours and decent portions even on the small plates, great value for the food. Def go again
Cooper Kitchen & Bar is a real find! When you first enter, the ground floor is a well-stocked and very popular bar and we initially thought we were in the wrong spot. However, the discovery is just up the stairs at the back! You ascend into a lovely dining room that is beautifully decorated and smells absolutely amazing, a completely different atmosphere. The staff were absolutely fantastic; attentive, helpful and welcoming throughout our meal. The food was brilliant, and we were particularly impressed with the Tapas. A word of warning: the portion sizes are huge! Be careful what you order, as we couldn't finish everything! That said, we certainly found space for some amazing desserts to cap off the meal. This is a real hidden gem that we were so lucky to stumble upon. We will definitely be recommending to all our friends and can't wait to go back again already!
Had an amazing Sunday dinner here. The food was FANTASTIC and cooked perfectly. So flavoursome. The staff were accommodating and friendly and the whole vibe was great. I came with my 2 children, mum. I can't wait to try the bottomless brunch. My children had a mixed ice cream sundae and they said 'yum yum yum' Would definitely recommend
Cooper Kitchen & Bar is a Hidden Gem. Nestled in the heart of Elland, Cooper Kitchen & Bar offers a great dining experience that rivals those found in larger cities. The highlight is their tapas deal which is six dishes for £40, a must try for food enthusiasts. The stand out dishes are Gambas, succulent prawns cooked well, bursting with flavor. The crisp Pork Belly is a blend of sweetness and savoriness, complemented by it's Asian inspired flavours. The ever changing specials menu ensures there's always something new and exciting to try. (Or just ask the chefs to feed you, I guarantee there will be no disappointment). The venue boasts a clean and beautifully presented bar area downstairs but can be confusing at first as the restaurant is on the second floor. The front of house staff are friendly and welcoming with a good standard of service. However, to maintain the high standards set by the kitchen, it's essential to support the front of house team, as in my opinion needs more staff working on shift. While the current staff are fantastic and attentive, additional support would ensure that service remains seamless and menus stay pristine, enhancing the overall dining experience. While some may overlook Elland as a dining destination, Cooper Kitchen & Bar proves that great food doesn't require a central city location or price. Its charm and quality offerings make it a hidden gem worth discovering. Whether you're a local or planning a visit, Cooper Kitchen & Bar in Elland is a culinary destination that deserves attention. With its exceptional tapas deals ,tasting evenings and standout dishes like Gambas, pork Belly, bravas and large plates, it's a place where flavor meets value. Again the front of house needs looking into, as even on quiet nights they are too over stretched to deliver a high quality of service that coopers require. I will be back to sample more delicious small plates.
We went on a Wednesday evening with friends on Wednesday. Two of us had the Tapas offers and our friends had a spicy curry sharing plate. The food was brilliant and the service was attentive. The bill came to £71 for all four including drinks. We left £80. Superb value at £20 per head. Tremendous!

I've been here a few times now, popping in for a brew with my pooch, lunch and most recently the bottomless brunch. This is my new favourite place to go honestly. The food and drinks are lovely, the bottomless brunch is the best one I've ever been to and the staff are all amazing. There's a gorgeous industrial feel to the decor and the music and atmosphere are spot on! Finally somewhere fantastic has opened locally! I will definitely be going back time and time again! Love it. A well deserved 5* all round! Cannot recommend enough.
