Do not recommend. Constantly got ‘out of the office on’. We all have to be out of the office but maybe you need to be in the office more. It really does get quite annoying to receive this message. Made large error with stamp duty payment took months to get back. Russell is good when I sold a house but when I bought a house I got passed to a junior member with no agreement from me. They need to look into the way they are running the business comes across as not effective or efficient. Felt very let down and did not feel in good hands at all.
I had an initial call with Kayleigh Brown from the wills and probate team about my dads estate. It had been overwhelming to this point not knowing how to handle dads affairs but she has already helped me clear things up so much, and was compassionate in the process.
Nadia has to be the worst solicitor ever. Her demeanor as though she has been practising law for 3 years. Does not listen even though you're the client and you're the one paying her. She should get a different job. Definitely not a legal expert whose advice you should follow when she knows nothing.
