   Used imy for the sale of my late fathers house. Relatively easy sale as buyers was a cash buyer, no chain and empty house. A couple of issues which I'd suggest as constructive criticism. 1) weekly updates for sellers- at times it felt I was chasing imy all the time for an update. It's a very stressful process, so just a simple email weekly even if no further progress is made 2) initial invoice differed from the completion statement. Although it was just a nominal difference, I shouldn't have had to be in a position to question this. You can't change the charges without prior notification. Having said that I would recommend imy as they got the job done in a prompt manner at a competitive price
