   I was assigned Hilary Cruz for my purchase/sale. Pleasant enough initially but absolutely useless at pushing back on anything the other side asked for, no matter how ridiculous. Conversely, had no issues spending endless amounts of time pushing back on requests from me or avoiding answering questions. Also asked for numerous documents that neither the lender nor my buyer required under the guise of "protecting the interests of her client, the lender". Avoid.
