Kirsty was so friendly and knowledgeable during my initial conversation with her, our situation was quite urgent but she was more than helpful to squeeze us in to ensure our deadline was met.    Vicky Jones at Lawson-West made the whole probate process painless and hassle-free for me as an executor. The whole matter was taken care of seamlessly and without stress on my part - the only contributions I was required to make were to sign the odd document, provide some specific information relating to my mother's affairs from time-to-time and liaise with the other beneficiaries of my mother's will. The reason this review offers four stars instead of five is that there was a misunderstanding part-way through the process about the overall timescale required to settle my mother's estate. Having said that, I would not hesitate to recommend Lawson-West's probate service.
