I used this company to sell a property. These were one of the cheapest property conveyancers I could find, significantly cheaper than my local solicitors. They use an online portal for all the documentation which is really easy to use and much more efficient than old school paper documents and the postal system. My solicitor, Aliyah Vali, was super efficient - always answering emails and phone calls quickly. Overall highly recommended

Very happy to unreservedly recommend Premier Property Lawyers. I used them to re-mortgage my home and purchase another property. I was a little sceptical about using an online service but their eWay portal is fantastic - effortless to use, and kept me fully updated at all times. Coupled with that was the excellent service I received from their staff who were professional friendly, very easy to contact and who bothered to contact me to keep me updated - truly an excellent service, I couldn't find any faults and will use you again happily. Thanks so much for an excellent service.

I would not recommend this company atall, avoid at all costs! Nearly lost me my sale, communication was shocking, very hard to get hold of and even with my buyer threatening to pull the sale the best they could do was ‘make me a telephone appointment’ for 4 days later. I only used this company as the estate agents recommended them, not sure how they get any 5* reviews to be honest. Every time i contacted I was put through to my solicitors voicemail, no urgency atall throughout and the process is stressful enough without having people dealing with it who get back to you days later with no clear updates. We sold our house in Feb and didn't complete till October, nearly lost my sale on top of it all id avoid at all costs!!!

I used Premier Property Lawyers for my sale, and they were outstanding. Their online eWay system is modern, easy to follow, and incredibly efficient. A special thank you to Zeena Gohil, who went above and beyond for us. She kept us updated at every stage, responded quickly, and even worked overtime to finalise our sale. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. Zeena didn’t treat us like ordinary clients — she treated us like family. She is truly the best solicitor I’ve ever worked with. Premier Property Lawyers are very lucky to have her. Highly recommended!

Working with Jade Smart was easy, she is highly professional, great at communicating in a timely manner, very knowledgeable in dealing with difficult issues with the Land Registry. She is excellent at chasing other parties, she is very friendly and approachable. Always took my calls if able to, if not she always called back the same day. Would definitely recommend Jade.

Chris was really approachable, efficient, reliable and helpful. I don’t think our purchase house would have gone through quickly without his support and help. He really understood our situation and was compassionate. Our best wishes are always with him and may he be successful. We will definitely use him in future and highly recommend him.

It would be easier and less stressful to go to university to get a law degree to act as your own solicitor then use Premier Property Lawyers/Strike Conveyancing. Both ourselves and our purchasers have used Strike Conveyancing services because we were assured that this would result in speeder communication and resolution of matters between solicitors. This was clearly not true but simply a way of getting both parties to use the Strike Conveyancing services. The transaction was already 6 weeks delayed because of how long Strike took to issue the memorandum of sale. Both ourselves and our purchasers acted quickly to provide information and documents required. However, many months later we were being asked enquires about information that was provided at the very beginning of the process. We regularly check the eWay portal, in one instance we saw that an enquiry had been made but could not see what that the enquiry was. We emailed our solicitor to check we did not need to assist or provide information. A colleague of our solicitor responded stating that no information required from us. I chased the matter weeks later and managed to talk to a member of the team that informed me that information was required from us (gas safety certificates etc). Why did it take several weeks and me chasing for an email to final be sent outlining the enquires and what information was required? This added weeks of delay for no reason. Furthermore, our enquiry responses are taking many days to be registered on the eWay portal and the purchaser’s solicitor was taking many weeks to even read the responses. The communication with the conveying team is extremely slow. It took over 3 weeks to have our initial appointment. If they have such a long waiting list, why were they taking on new clients? Emails were replied to but slowly and often not answering the questions asked. I would spend 15 -30 on hold to speak to someone in person. Often, I gave up and left messages and requested call backs, but this is never followed through. I rang a couple of times a week towards the end of the process. The purchase should be simple. One seller and one buyer, no onward purchase and the purchaser was a cash buyer. We were perplexed as to why it took so long and why the service provided is so poor. In the end it took nearly 4 months for the sale to be completed, on top of the initial 6-week delay.

Just sold using this company. Excellent customer portal - easy to navigate - send message to your solicitor - see progress - see documents - upload documents. Our solicitor was extremely efficient - professional - easy to contact (via message/email/or one of the team and she always called back personally. Start to finish in around 12 weeks. Easy stress-free conveyancing. Great service from the start. Our buyer used the same company - which I believe made things more smooth - and there was no compromise in both using same, they are that big of a company, and I would 100% recommend using this company due to the confidence I have experienced. They are not as expensive as I thought either was that was an added bonus.

We had a great experience remortgaging with Premier Property Lawyers. It was our first remortgage and our conveyancer Jodie made the process clear and easy. She was so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had really promptly (within 1 working day and often faster) over email. Premier Property Lawyers also have an online platform called E-Way that made tracking our progress and completing our actions really simple. We could download our documents at any time and see how far we had to go before completing. We completed the first working day after our original fixed term mortgage contract ended - no early repayment fees and no variable rate interest to pay - perfect! [Case Reference 1070558.00001]
