   Very dissapointed with service provided by Suki relating to my matrimonial issue especially on asset dividing. Very Money orianted instead of providing correct advise in the matter. Especailly when it was clearly known that other party was contesting an asset there was no need for further engagment Instead She should have directed for court proceedings. She kept on diagloue to accumulate further finanical gain. At times felt that Suki was acting for the opposite party based on the advise I was getting. The opposite party scrutinsed everything on Form E and asked many unnecessary questions which She should have known better and not to respond. I was asked to provide all answers but she was was not able to achive any satisfactory response for all quesations I asked. she was very reluctant to ask any questions and I was told she's being pragmatic and what the judge may think, which was not relevant at this stage. She was not able to advise what to write as Solicitor, Instead she waited on my instruction on what to say or write. Overall very bad experince and poor service for the money spent. Would never recomend Rich & Carr solicitors to anyone.

   Rich and Carr supported us during the probate for my late father’s estate and the sale of his house. Everyone that helped us was kind and considerate at such a difficult time. Both the house sale and probate had some unusual aspects, but we felt reassured by the calm and consistent way issues were handled and with their detailed local knowledge which helped us to sort aspects like probate valuation of contents quickly. Everyone was very accessible, promptly returning calls. Our thanks to Sabera, Manjit and Bev for all their help and patience.

   We can highly recommend Sabera Dassu for her excellent and highly professional service. We used the Rich and Carr Solicitors firm for the first time to create our Wills and we were not disappointed at the slightest. The process was simple, straight forward and the work was completed in a very timely manner. Sabera was very professional at all times and ensured she went out of her way to give us useful advice/information and guided us through the entire process which we really appreciated.    A divorce is never a good thing to go through but these make it 1000 X worse! Absolutely shocking service from the Oadby office and the secretary is extremely rude if she sees your number will just blank you! Then answer after a few day's with such an attitude! The hourly costs went up after a few months by £50 +vat, from the beginning she promised to meet me at the Syston office but NEVER once did over the 4 years costing my more time a fuel, got the paperwork wrong including percentages costing me more money to send other letters multiple times... just abysmal! Go anywhere els or do it yourself it really is that bad. And I figured something out during this process! If you have a younger solicitor they are cheaper (not necessarily less skilled) but because mine was so old she could charge more and honestly she didn't care she has lost touch with reality and is just after your money! My ex wife's bill was £7500 and mine was £15,000 total rip off.

   Back in 2015, Rich & Carr helped us through bereavement after the sudden death of our father with the settlement of his estate, and we have never forgotten their kindness and sensitivity in dealing with the legal matters, and reassuring our dear mother. Now our mother has passed away last year, and we had no hesitation to turn to Rich & Carr for their help and guidance. The same professional and compassionate help as before, these are really nice people. Highly recommended.
