   I made a claim against a client of Zurich called Livewest, a Housing Association, last July. The claim was for damage to my health following 5 floods of RAW SEWAGE flowing into my flat via the toilet and shower. This went on for 6 years, until i moved out to protect myself. During the 6 years i started getting severe chest infection, and was also diagnosed with Infected Asthma. Livewest admitted liability, and Zurich said they would pay compensation. After countless fruitless calls, i received their offer. £750 for six years of hell, the loss of my home, and my health damaged for the rest of my life. Thats just over £2 per week, and if i live another 4 years, it drops to under £2 per week. Be very aware of this disgusting, incompetant company. Zurich Insurance are a disgrace, and the claim handlers messrs Pawan and Dack, were a complete joke. Of course i will find a solicitor a sue this company. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH ZURICH. APPALLING COMPANY.
