I recently visited the Wotton-under-Edge branch to inquire about financial planning services. The staff I met at the front desk (Jake) were friendly and helpful, did some light fact finding and then assured me I'd get a call either same or next day. Less than 24 hours later, I received a call from a financial services manager (Louise), very friendly and most importantly honest! After a quick chat she said that unfortunately what they offer wouldn't be the right fit for me, and instead mentioned that I may need an independent financial advisor. This whole process was very quick and efficient from start to finish, and I appreciate being able to filter out early so no one is having their time wasted! If it becomes relevant in the future, I'll definitely be coming back, I really got the impression that this is a business embedded in the local region with trustworthy, honest, and caring people working there.
