   would recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons (especially Mark) to anyone looking to buy their first home!! Mark always kept us in loop even if there were no updates and made everything seem so smooth (even if we did have issues with others in the chain)!! As first time buyers we were clueless but Mark always took the time to explain things to us and was always a phone call away, whether that be for updates or just a good rant and issues out of his control!! 10/10 service and WILL be recommending them to anyone and everyone!!    I used Flavell & Sons to do the conveyancing on my house sale. They excelled in the work they did and removed the burden of chasing others in the chain from me. They constantly kept me up to date via both emails and phone calls to ensure I knew what was going on. My day to day contact was Izzy Holloway who was superb. As way of comparison, I have bought and sold a lot of houses over the years and Flavell & Sons are by head and shoulders the best service I have received. Highly recommended. Thank you!

   I used this firm to deal with the sale of a Flat in Leamington. The process was easy to follow and their communications were clear and thorough. The sale period ended up taking about 5 months due to delays further up the chain of buyers involved. This was when April and Izzy really excelled, by constantly communicating with with various parties up the chain and chasing them to get tasks done and moved on. Their input was crucial to getting the sale completed in a really professional manner. At all times they were happy to talk to me and go through next steps/options etc. Now having completed the sale I am very impressed with their service.

   I have recently sold and purchased property's using Judith Wheeler as my representative in both cases. Some will understand that buying and selling houses can be a considerably stressful time, but undertaking the task with someone who is both efficient, down to earth and considerate really takes the pressure off! Having faith in your solicitor and in the knowledge that they are representing your best interests means that you can fully trust the process and that they will highlight the best approach to both the purchase and sale of your property. Hopefully we won't be moving house again in the near future, but if I were I would be requesting Judith to assist me in the process.

   We recently worked with Sarah Workman and Harriet Sutton at Thomas Flavell & Sons, for the purchase of our new house. The service was fantastic and we got into our new house within 8 weeks. Having sold my house through other solicitors, it was noticeable the difference in service that Sarah & Harriet provided. They responded to any questions / queries quickly and really made us feel that we were being looked after.    We recently used Sarah Workman at Thomas Flavell and Sons to act for us in the sale of our property and the purchase of another. Sarah is amazingly competent at her job and thanks to her we are now enjoying our new home. The last time we moved was 20 years ago so we really didn’t know or understand the process. She answered all our queries no matter how trivial they seemed, in a professional efficient manner. Our buyers solicitor was not so efficient, but Sarah persisted in contacting them to try and push the process along and ensure everything wasn’t delayed. Because of her hard work and diligence we were able to complete within our expected time frame. I honestly think if we had chosen a different company it would not have been such a smooth process and I can not thank Sarah enough for making the experience as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Sarah and Thomas Flavell and Sons and if we ever decide to move in the future I would not hesitate to use her again.
