   Hi Harrison, I just wanted to thank you for resolving our house insurance issues recently. As you are aware, we had been with a different insurer for a number of years and were encountering all manner of difficulties in getting subsidence cover for our home (which has never had any issues with subsidence!) In spite of providing 3 engineer's reports, issued over a 14 year period, our previous broker was adamant that nothing could be done. Lo and behold, having asked the question of you, within a matter of days we had full cover and at a price that was substantially less than we had previously been paying.
