   The receptionist needs some manners and phone ethics. I requested this company, unfortunately had to cancel.... they said ok.... never eluded to a cancelation cost. Unfortunately called them again after a misunderstanding then to be told on arrival I need to pay for the cancelation . Had I know i would have paid the £35+ and took my business elsewhere. Threatened the garage that called they would charge them £90 If I cancel now. I ended up just paying the £130+ . Very unprofessional lady on the telephone.

   The owner of this company is very rude. I phoned up to make a complaint regarding one of his recovery drivers blocking-up the road (Stratford Road). The majority of people stuck were sounding their horns. We've all got places to be...the attitude of the owner when I reported this was completely unacceptable. Do not use this company for your vehicle recovery. Owner's attitude is awful. As a member of public making a complaint. The 1st words that I expect to come out of his mouth is "I'll sort it, apologies for the delay" not sarcasm. In response to the owners reply: Your attitude was the issue, not the situation. Yes, I and many others were annoyed (we didn't know why the road was blocked - Illegal and was against the road traffic act). Common sense should tell you that someone is going to complain, we can't mind read. We do live in a world where many think that they can do as they wish and say as they wish without any comeback or consequence. I raised this issue with you, as stated above, I expected you to have a different tone. You don't as a business owner start being rude and sarcastic with a member of the public making a complaint - end of.

   Helpful staff however wasn't happy that I couldn't go empty my car myself.... I needed permission from insurance company to get my stuff they said but who asked my permission to remove my personal belongings and dumped in a bag wasnt happy with that

   Used for the first time today after moving to the village 5 months ago. Very friendly service, really easy to book in for MOT for my preferred date. Kept me informed of repairs needed and progress and contacted me promptly when my car was ready for collection. Cost of the repair was also very reasonable. Very impressed and will use again.

   I was recovered of the M1 today by a Fillongley garage recovery driver. Can't remember the driver's name (he is Fillongley's youngest driver) but he made the experience very easy and hassle free. Top marks to Fillongley garage driver.
